DAY 1

ESNA – EL HEGZ ISLAND

Experience the beauty of the Nile Valley with our morning pick-up service from Luxor at 8 AM. Enjoy a scenic 1-hour drive to the boat docked in Esna where you’ll check in and meet the crew. Afterward, we’ll visit Esna Temple, a remarkable example of ancient Egyptian architecture and dedicated to the god Khnum, his consorts Menhit and Nebtu, their son, Heka, and the goddess Neith, before indulging in a delicious lunch on board as we cruise to El Hegz Island. Take a leisurely walking tour of the island before enjoying dinner and overnight accommodations on board.

DAY 2

EL KAB – EDFU – FAWAZA ISLAND

After breakfast, visit the El Kab Tombs, where the tombs of the nobles of the 17th and 18th dynasty are located. Next, we sail to Edfu where you will visit Edfu Temple, the second largest temple in Egypt and dedicated to the worship of the god Horus. In the evening, a BBQ is planned on the lush green island of Fawaza.

DAY 3

BISSAU ISLAND

Start your day with a leisurely sail through the Nile Valley, taking in the breathtaking scenery as we make our way to the island of Bissau. There, you’ll have the opportunity to experience more of Egyptian country life before we continue our journey to Gebel el-Silsila where we’ll stay overnight.

DAY 4

GEBEL EL SILSILA – FARIS VILLAGE

Embark on a journey through time as we visit Gebel el-Silsila, a sandstone quarry that was once an important source of sandstone for the construction of the large sandstone structures in Luxor, Karnak, Ramesseum and Kom Ombo. Afterward, we’ll sail to Faris village where you can witness traditional Egyptian life and learn how bread is made. Finally, we’ll spend the night on Maniha Island, a beautiful island that’s perfect for taking a leisurely walk.

DAY 5

KOM OMBO

Start your day with a visit to the inspiring Kom Ombo temple and marvel at its beautiful architecture. Afterward, indulge in a delicious lunch before taking a refreshing dip in the Nile and lounging on a beautiful sandy beach. We’ll sail to Aswan where you’ll enjoy a special dinner on your last night. Overnight at the Aswan bridge (note: the government requires all dahabiyas to dock next to the Aswan bridge at night, a legal requirement, but sadly less idyllic)

DAY 6

ASWAN

After breakfast we will visit Philae Temple after which you will be driven to your drop-off location in Aswan (or continue your journey with us if you have booked an optional add-on tour)

    After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 25% is required within 14 days of receiving the confirmation.


    The balance must be paid 45 days before the start of the cruise.
