Booking Information
In order to secure your place, kindly contact us by e-mail or complete the online reservation. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions on behalf of all the members of your party.

Payment / Booking Policy

All our products and services are listed in USD and if you use an international card to pay through our online booking system (which uses PayPal) there may be a transaction fee.
 
After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 25% is required within 14 days of receiving the confirmation. The balance must be paid 45 days before the start of the cruise.
Full payment applies to bookings made within 45 days of the embarkation date.

Failure to receive a final payment on time will subject the booking to cancellation and the imposition of cancellation charges. Please note that all payments are non-refundable under all circumstances (except border closures due to geopolitical or health restrictions).
 
You can make payments to our PayPal, EURO or USD bank account.

  Children’s Rates
The following rates apply for children who share a cabin/suite with adults:
Children who are between 1 and 4 years old are eligible for free accommodation. Children who are between 5 and 12 years old receive a 20% discount on the regular price. These rates are subject to availability and may change without notice.
 
Included

The following services are part of the package:

• Transportation from any location in Luxor or Aswan to the Dahabiya, depending on the itinerary
• Guided tours of the attractions, with all admission fees and English-speaking guides included
• Full board accommodation, with breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner served on board
• Free access to tea, coffee, mineral water and soft drinks throughout the voyage
• Free Wi-Fi connection

Excluded

The following services are not part of the package:

• Gratuities
•  Optional tours

Guaranteed departure

Your Dahabiya cruise is guaranteed to sail on the scheduled date once you have received our booking confirmation. We will not cancel your Nile journey unless there are unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other major disruptions. You can rely on our commitment to provide you with a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Customized itinerary requests

For a custom request, you can contact Dahabiya1899. A company representative will contact you to process your custom request and then send you an itinerary by email. If you agree with the travel plan, full payment must be made no later than 45 days before the start of the travel plan.

Adjustments in your booking

If you want to adjust a booking, please contact us by email (dahabiya1899@gmail.com.). Adjustments in a booking are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Force majeure

Dahabiya1899 is flexible in case the government or airline issues a travel alert from / to your country of departure and / or your destination. If this happens, the total amount of your booking will be available as future travel credit within 12 months.
